TERMS OF SERVICE & CLIENT AGREEMENT

1. THE PARTIES This Agreement is entered into between Edrian Madriaga (operating as "Valiant Conversions"), located in Pagsanjan, Laguna, Philippines ("Service Provider," "us," or "we"), and you ("Client"). By purchasing the Valiant Sales Page Intensive, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. THE SERVICE The "Valiant Sales Page Intensive" is a specialized copywriting and strategy service.

• Core Deliverables: "Redemptive Audit," "Full Sales Page Rewrite," "60-Minute Strategy Call," and "3 Weeks of Implementation Support."

• Timeline: The first draft is delivered within 5 business days after the Strategy Call is completed and all required assets are received.

3. THE "STEWARDSHIP SAFETY NET" GUARANTEE We guarantee a 20% increase in conversion rate on the sales page we write for you, compared to your previous control page. This guarantee is subject to the following strict conditions:

• A. Proven Offer: You warrant that the offer has generated at least $5,000 USD in revenue in the last 3 months.

• B. Baseline Data: You must provide valid analytics data for your existing sales page. If no baseline exists, the guarantee is void.

• C. Implementation: You must launch the new copy exactly as delivered within 30 days.

• D. Traffic Requirement: You must send at least 1,000 qualified visitors to the new page within 6 weeks of launch.

• E. Remedy: If these conditions are met and the page does not achieve a 20% lift, we will (1) Rewrite the copy at no additional charge, or (2) Refund your full investment.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

• Payment: The total investment is $1,000 USD (or 4 monthly payments of $275 USD).

• Late Payments: If you are on a payment plan and a payment fails, work will stop immediately. No further drafts, calls, or support will be provided until the account is current.

• Client Cancellation: Because we reserve a specific time slot in our calendar for your Intensive—turning away other business to serve you—if you cancel the project after the kickoff/strategy call, you are still responsible for the full remaining balance of the project. There are no pro-rated refunds for change of mind.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & REFUNDS

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns the copyright to the final sales copy delivered.

• Refund Scenario: If a full refund is issued under the terms of the "Stewardship Safety Net" Guarantee, the license to use the copy is immediately revoked. You may not use, publish, or display the copy we wrote. Using refunded copy constitutes copyright infringement.

6. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of Pagsanjan, Laguna.
